in the process as much as they do in their dream home
Our enquiry questionnaire is designed to help us learn more about your project, goals and expectations. This information allows us to asses whether we’re the right fit for you and ensures that we approach your project with a clear understanding of your aspirations.
Often a site visit, or a phone call where we will review your questionnaire responses and dive deeper into the specifics. This initial consultation is about ensuring we can establish a strong rapport rather than focussing only on the home itself.
We offer two different options but both involve us as the builder being involved and present during the design stage. Our experience will help deal with all the external consultants, helping curate the perfect set of documentation to set your project up for success.
Our pricing process starts with a Qualifying Build Estimate (QBE), we can quickly asses your projects feasibility before proceeding to our contract pricing. Following the QBE we complete a detailed Final Build Estimate, delivery times will range depending on the scale of the project, but the detail remains the same.
Precise and thorough.
We use industry preferred contracts that have both parties best interest in mind, giving clients peace of mind. To accompany our contracts we have a separate agreement to align our shared agreement to commit to the vision, goals and standards for the project.
Now that your project is setup for success, your dream home journey starts and the same dedication and precision that goes into our pre-construction phase follows through to the build phase. Ensuring our clients thrive in the process as much as they do in their dream home.
